Lives in Acton in a friend’s house—his friend is abroad and Josh pays his mortgage for a share of the profits when it is sold. Married to Crystal Gordon, they have a baby daughter, Zandra.

Profile
Josh is an easy-going, but not lazy, guy. He cares about the prisoners in his care, possibly because he can easily see himself in their position. He knows the difference between right and wrong, but he’s got his own set of beliefs which informs the way he thinks about his life and his job. Okay, so he’s brought in a few dodgy items for the prisoners. So what? No one’s going to get hurt and that’s the most important thing. Josh is hugely popular with the women, but he uses his humour to hide the fact that he’s out of his depth with them. Although he’s very attractive and attracted to women, he’s a one-woman man and Crystal is the one.

Collecting Crystal from the prison gates and driving off into the sunset with her and their daughter, Zandra (s4ep14).
